Hello sir,
Lately watched lecture on Corporate Governance.
Is it necessary to memorize the
OECD principles and UK corp Governance code ?You don’t need to “memorise” or learn by rote details for AA – rather you need to know what principles, concepts etc are – and then be able to recognise or apply them. So for example, it should be “obvious” that it will be a better board that has more than half independent NEDs – and then in an OT-case Q you might have a scenario where you need to be able to identify whether this is met.
