coorporate restructuring

i find this area a bit difficult , has this been tested in 50 marks questions ? or are these mostly 25 marks questions?
if these are mostly 25 marks questions , then maybe i could focus very little on it ,as i will be able to skip it in the exam or should i focus on it ?

i understand merger and acquisitions but this seems difficult for me , are there any chances of it coming up for the current exam ? or could i just leave it …..or could u tell me of an exam question of corporate restructing which i will try to understand which is important

questions like patel family , tyche co …i have difficulty understanding them or how could i learn this area …..?
