Professor, is Remuneration committee a sub-committee or standing committee?
Sub committee in a way that it is small committee of a parent committee (BOD which is an executive committee).
Or it is a standing committee as it is on permenant basis for remuneration of EDs.

Committees (Cooperate Governance)
I don't think you need to worry about that. It's of no importance and probably the definitions overlap, but I think it's best to regard RC as a sub-committee of the main board.
What is important is that no director has a part to play in deciding their own remuneration. Hence it consists of NEDs.
Right professor.
Thank you. :)
