Claim this time Button is not active in my PER

Hello ACCA members

I became an ACCA affiliated in January 2018, right now i am facing a problem that in my PER claim this time button is not active in any of my employment period so i can link my time in a relevant role to my IFAC line manager, I have already contact ACCA regarding the issue but unfortunately no fruitful result , they keep apologies me regarding the problem and again and again ask me to add line manager and then link role by clicking claim this time button , i keep asking them there is no claim this time button active in my any employment in my PER, i am so frustrated almost 2 months passing away but no result, need your helps regarding the issue.
