As the title mentioned, my CIMA account was lapsed due to fail to pay for subscription annual fees before March.

I used the chatbox on the website to communicate with CIMA and they said that they do not send any invoices through emails or post to remind the candidates when annual fees due.

I was also told that my account is now lapsed and i can only pay for the fees to restore it when they once they manage to merge every members’ personal details from current system to new one.

So basically I am now stuck. I can not schedule any exams but only waiting.

I only registered in CIMA in October 2022. Can anyone suggest how you know when you need to pay for the annual fees if CIMA does not send any invoices in any forms?

Has there anyone else been stuck like i am now as well?

    Any advice is much appreciated!

Welcome to the opentuition forums. In terms of fees I was able to find the following information-

    https://www.aicpa-cima.com/resources/landing/fees

I imagine there will be a process that you can use to reregister in due course. Not sure what else can be done other than what you have already done.

It does seem strange that they have apparently not notified you before taking decision to deregister you.
