Sir while calculating the synergy benefits as per my understanding it is combined co value_ pre acquisitin value of cigno_ pre acquisition value of anatra less premium payable to anatra co shareholders…

Market value.of equity..28478For synergy benefits..28478_21000_7350=128m this is what examiner has done my question is why have we not deducted preacquisition value of cigno 36000 while calculating synergy benefits?
