Sir in this question having a web-service was a high importance process obv. But contrary to the model answer I interpreted it as a simple process, given the usual and obviously required simplicity by the customers of the process to track orders and delivery. Given this justification wud my interpretation be correct? Also provided complex processes are not usually possible to be automated.

It also seems to me that the answer rather seems to imply that the process of 'developing' the software to be complex rather than the process of web-service itself.
