11y ago#1No, although for you and me it appears that the nci has made a profit -they have disposed of their entitlement for an amount receivable greater than the value of that entitlement - we should not call it a profit.
NO! It's not a profit! It's a transfer between owners or a transfer between equity
(but you and I both know that, really, it's a profit! Shhhhhh! )
