Hi all – on this chapter, in the YT video: regarding Legal Fees for purchase of new shop, she says ‘hmm, this will probably be acceptable’, but when going through the proforma (following the answer sheet), she adds it back into tax adjusted trading profit without explanation. Can anyone clarify?

Hi
I added the legal fees back as they are a capital expense that will then be deducted in any future CGT computation.
