Hey I am sorry for posting twice, its just that the system was showing as it didn't post the first time hence why I posted again. Sorry once again.
I have a question as to why 13,295 and 11,583 has been used to calculate the current liability and not 13,960 and 12,162? shouldn't the total liability at 31st December 09 be 13,960 because we are preparing financial statement for year ended 31/12/09? I am a bit confused

And isn't there a separate current liability shown for accrued interest in the solution?
I bet there is!
