Sir,
What are the changes in the syllabus :
(i) February 2014 to August 2015
(ii) September 2015 (for CBE exams from 23 September 2015) to August 2016
Can “Revision Kit” – February 2014 to August 2015 be used to prepare for coming exam?

You can find the syllabus on the ACCA website, and it specifically states at the very end that there are no changes 🙂
You can use the Revision Kit that you have.
