Why should it change?
There has been no announcement of any change. It will no doubt change sometime in the future, but I have no idea when. You should ask the ACCA.

What about it?
The ACCA publish the syllabus every year whether or not it changes.
The changes to two bits of terminology this time are almost irrelevant.
