    Kapland book, question on Daljeet:

    The question mentioned clearly that when Daljeet sell his Holiday cottage: it has always been let out and Daljeet has NEVER occupies the property as his private residence.

    However, in the solution, the 28% of Resident relief still applied, can you please help to explain why?
