steps in business process change cycle are:
1.planing
2.analyse the existing systems
3. design the new process
4. development
5.Transition
steps 3 and 4 looks same for me. some explanation would be helpful.

9y ago#1In IT for example, you have to design the system (inputs, processing, reports etc) then you have to write the code (development).
