Sir in the business case under the headings cost/benefit analysis, impact assessment, and risk assessment do we only show the analysis or assessment of the recommended solution or all options considered( as discussed in options considered heading)?

9y ago#1It depends on the question. If you have to recommend a solution then the costs, benefits, impact and risk of each have to be compared and weighed up.
If they have already decided on a solution, the discarded ones have become irrelevant and you should concentrate on the chosen project.
