Please explain as fully as you can the whole issue to do with site clearance. At first i thought it was investment they had missed out, then i see it is a deduction of 3.5m in y6. i am totally lost
Site clearance is the expense of clearing the site at the end, therefore an outflow of $5M. Because it is an expense they will save tax on it at 30% i.e. $1.5M. So the net outflow is $3.5M.
Oh, Ok…me being in the earth moving business know site clearance to be before you start building…..Site clearance is end of deal destruction…??? Thank you
