Bpp kit Question number 18.3 sir i solve that like that as mentioned that the gross profit margin on the sale revenue is 40% so i did sales is 181600*40%=72640 so now i find the cost of sales that 181600-72640=108960 so the differences between cost of sales is 114000-108960=5040.
i did not understand why they do 114000*100/60=190000,because they mentioned that 40% margin on sale revenue.

5y ago#1I think maybe you are using an old edition of the Revision Kit because question 18.3 in both the current edition and the previous edition is a question on suspense accounts and contains none of the figures that you mention.
