When i try to login using ipad it says “request time out” and the web page doesn’t respond at all when i try it from there.
can anyone help? Does BPP have an email where i can address the issue?October 19, 2020 at 4:33 pm #590543@sydmuhd – I am also unable to log in, it seems it gets stuck on the login page. I’ve sent a mail to BPP to enquire. I’m sure, like me, you are eager to make progress towards your December exam. I will let you know if I get a response from them.

I sent this problem through the help page, but no reply from BPP as yet.
I’m planning to sit a BT exam in December. Please get it fixed ASAP.October 20, 2020 at 10:12 am #590727It seems to be working now, though a bit slow. Once you click log in, you may need to wait about 10 seconds before it logs you in. Hope you are having the same success. Thanks.
