PMBottleneck Resource Lecture

Hi, I'm currently going through the notes and I'm doing chapter 5 (Throughput Accounting). I've just finished Example 2 and can't find anything that covers the next example relating to the bottleneck resource question. Help please!

There is no lecture yet on that example, but the answer that is printed in the lecture notes should make it clear.
