Hi All,
Yesterday (29th Nov) I booked a remotely invigilated On-Demand CBE exam (FA, for 19th Dec).
I got both confirmation for registration and payment from the British Council and confirmation of reservation from ProctorU.
However, when I log into MyACCA > ‘My Qualification’ > ‘Book an Exam’, under ‘Your Plan’ there is no sign of the exam that I have booked and instead there is the following message:
‘You have no exams in your plan yet’.
Do you think that’s normal? Perhaps it will take a bit before it shows up there? Or maybe the Plan does not show remotely invigilated exams or non-session exams?
This is going to be my first ACCA exam, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Kind regards,

I see that if I click “Add an Exam” and select “Financial Accounting (FA)” and “On-Demand” and hit “Add to Your Plan”, in the confirmation it says that the Subtotal is “£0.00”. Perhaps that reflects the fact that I have already paid the fees to the British Council?
Or perhaps adding it or not would not make any difference?November 30, 2020 at 2:19 pm #597154I do not have access to a student myACCA account. If your questions are not answered on ACCA pages you can contact ACCA directly https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/footer-toolbar/contact-us.html
December 1, 2020 at 2:46 pm #597279Thanks, ACCA just confirmed over the phone that I do not need to add the exam in MyACCA, and that the results will be automatically added once I will have sat the exam.
Moreover, I got confirmation from cbe@accaglobal.com that they were notified by the British Council of my booking and that they will therefore send me a Token ID a couple of days before the exam.
All in order so, reassuring.December 1, 2020 at 4:34 pm #597292Thank you for the confirmation of the information in the FAQs!
