For example 4 in the article, is there a simplier way to calculate the spot yield curve? Otherwise how do i input this in my calculator? I am not able to get the answers listed in the article.
Please help!
Thanks
There isn’t a simpler way I am afraid.
Are you happy with the notation? I mean that (for example) 1.0388^(-1) is the same as 1/1.0388; and also that (106 /(102-5.78))^1/2 is the same as the square root of (106/(102-5.78).
As to how to put them in your calculator, the problem is that different calculators require the input in different ways 🙁
I appreciate your help. Thank you.
You are welcome 🙂
