Beyond budgeting is about rethinking how we manage organisation in today’s world..It basically is innovative management tool.It means no longer sticking to the traditional planned budgets and control system and improve the company’s performance through sharing of ideas,learning,experience,etc.There is also a technical article on acca’s website on beyond budgeting.
