sir in MCQs i struggle seriously in terms of distinguishing between customer perspective and internal perspective, so for example order lead time, % of orders delivered on time can come under both the perspectives. so how do i choose one?
Any underlying or fundamental difference that could straightaway give the right answer?

% of orders delivered on time is not internal but it affects customers.
