Hi Sorry if I am missing anything..
Question- Quality and increased market share would be more appropriate measures under which one of the following balance scorecard perspectives?
Financial, Customer, Internal or learning.
I am struggling here. Initially thought Internal because of the mention of quality but that is wrong.
I think that market share would be relevant to customer perspective and quality relevant to internal business perspective.
well the answer said customer for both quality and marketshare which is what I did not understand.
I agree marketshare is finance.. but why would quality be customer? Perhaps a typo I think..
