Hi Sir
Can you please explain why the balance scorecard is used? What is it aiming to do?
In the balanced scorecard, what is the internal business perspective? I heard the lecture but didn’t understand.
Balanced scorecard = to point out that good financial performance depends on good performance elsewhere eg generating customer loyalty.
Internal business = doing well what you do. Some businesses are cost leaders so cost/unit must be low; other promise v good quality so they must deliver that and low cost is not so important.
Thank you very much.
Very well explained….thank you Sir!!! 🙂
