Hi
I have the Kaplan textbook for BA4. I am currently preparing for a exam. In here there is a lengthy chapter 9 ( Appendix: CIMA Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants).
My question is must I learn this? I have read through it which took quite a bit of time; trying to memorize it is a different ball game.
Also being based in South Africa, would questions be different and refer to South African law?

9y ago#1Questions will be the same wherever you sit the exam. Don't learn the code verbatim - life is too short! What we cover in our notes and lectures will generally be enough.

Where do I get past exam papers for practice purposes?
Please advise as I have made 2 attempts already and not sure at the level of my knowledge as there is no mark shown to me except; Fail.
I would appreciate if there is someone in South Africa who is doing the same level to be in touch so we can study together.
8y ago#4You cannot obtain past exam papers as they are not published by CIMA.
