is there any lecture where you have explained how to develop audit strategy? i saw a question in bpp revision kit where the question has given a scenario and wants us to develop an audit strategy. Please advise

11y ago#1We don't have separate lecture as we think it's really covered as part of planning.
At the F8 level, it isn't much more than identifying:
Scope of the audit (for F8, just a standard audit)
Identifying significant areas
Identifying risk areas
Deciding whether to audit primarily by testing controls or by substantive testing.
You should learn audit planning .it will give you idea and procedure how you can set audit strategy
