In this qstn I don’t understand in part a) that why license is included in buying option?? Can you plz solve my doubt in this qstn. Thank you

5y ago#1Because the second paragraph of the question says that a license fee is payable (and this is before it is mentioned that it is possible to lease the technology, and it also says that if they do lease then the rentals include the license fee so then nothing else is payable).
