    Do i have to apply these models to both companies ie the main company and the competitor or just for the main company?

    Thanks sir and what if i know some strength or threat generally but cant locate the source from google etc?how do i give a reference?
    For eg gillettes new fusion razor was a success?
    Cz i tried on google n theres no info specific to pakistan so can i take for general gillete(international gillette success?)

    You need to refer it. If you can not find its reference do not write it. However, you can indirectly refer, for example justify it through its market share, number of units sold, trend etc.
