General ACCAAnnual Subscription fee

KKenson11y ago
What happens if we don't pay subscription fee until Jan 1 2015? Do we have to pay fines/penalties?

Not sure but I would advise taking the precautionary principle and pay it before then if possible.

no penalty... only repercussion is you will not be able to enter for June 2015 exams until you pay the subscription

however if you stay too long maybe until July 2015 then they may remove you from the register... and you will stay removed until you pay... still no financial penalty either way

So will I be safe if I don't pay until like 9th Feb 2014? I don't want to pay the subscription fees so early

I used to pay my annual subscription on or before 31st of every January. Although it falls due by 01st January you have a grace period of 30 days. Now being a member of ACCA my membership renewal fee will fall due by the same date and will only pay before 31st January 2015. I therefore recommend you t pay the annual subscription fees before 31st of January. It may be possible that your result may be withheld if there is any outstanding in your account during the release of exam results.

Is it okay if I pay subscription in march end? Will they remove my name from acca student register if I do this?

I am a firts year subscriber in ACCA. Received an invoice for 2016 subscription - to be paid in 30 days (until 10th of June). Now I am not sure that I will be making an exam this and the following year (due to the personal circumstances). Is there a possibility to stop the subscription for some period (for example 2 years)? Does anybody know? Thanks beforehands.

@mobin100 you pay an annual membership fee when you become a member. This is currently £231. If you remain an affiliate for 3 years, then your affiliate fee will be the same as the membership fee, so basically apply for membership at the earliest convenience.
