I've passed F1-F7
Failed F8
Attempted 3 days ago F9, and 100% sure that I'll fail.
Can I attempt now P1 on Dec-15 and then attempt for F-level failed exams on March-16?

Give an email to ACCA. I think they can better tell you.
You can take the P1 paper next, but remember you will have to pay for F8 and F9 (if you have failed) as you cannot take the P papers prior to completing the Fundamentals.
Of course you do not have to turn up to the exams but this will be an expensive way to take your exams.
