Dear sir, How do we calculate Nd1 and Nd2 ? How do we calculate debt to total capitalization in Part c?

These are all explained in my free lectures on options, and you really cannot expect me to type out my lectures here. I assume that you have watched my lectures (or have studied using a text book) before attempting questions, and so if you have a specific problem with the calculation in the answer then please do ask again.
