Hi all,
I am a Software engineering professional seeking to acquire accountancy skillset. I don’t know where to start and what to start with.
I have no need for ACCA certification, the skills i need are to help me design and develop softwares that generate accounting reports based on information provided by companies i will be developing applications for.
Any suggestion is highly appreciated.
Good Evening,
I have a friend who is an SQL developer for a finance team, and he tells me that some of the finance terminology is difficult to understand. You are right when you say it is not necessary to do a full course like ACCA.
I think foundation courses like FIA and CAT will give you the necessary knowledge in finance.
Really appreciate your suggestion
