I’ve passed 54%, I am so happy! Thank you OT.
Thank you opentuition. I scored 65%. I used your lecture notes and videos and bpp revision kit. I am excited and grateful!! Thank you
85% woohoo
Any study tips please? I am into TX-UK for December sitting. Thank you
I have scored 42%- Fail, what a disappointing result.
From 40% in June to 64% now in September . Thank you OT. I can't thank you enough. My Taxation Lecturer is the best Lecturer ever taught me. Everything was made simple to be understood. Tips for those taking TX in December, TX is about rules and principles and you should know it, understand it and apply it. Use the OT notes, OT lectures and buy a recent Exam Kit in which you should practice as much as you can. Practice, practice , practice, practice , practice is key and is the way to go . Trust me you will turn from being a non- believer to be a believer as I was. Come January you will be smiling.
Open tuition lectures /notes and exam kit from Kaplan. Don’t waste time reading the text books. You need to learn all subjects - TX is long and various - give your self at least 3 months to be confident in the subject. I only had 8 weeks to prepare for this exam and I’ve managed to pass with OT lectures and Kaplan exam kit. My experience in the field helped.
Also make sure you try the CBE mock.
Good luck!
I've got 71%. I worked with Kaplan study book and exam kit, and focused on the second one.
Thank you OT. You really simplified the lecture. I couldn't have done it without you.
I've got 61%
wohooooooooooo

now from 34 to 61
Thank you op for all the help in the ask a tutor forum
to those attempting f6 in december, there is still enough time to study, key is practice, practice everyday till the exam day and youll see that youll get very good grades
best of luck to all :-)
Was expecting a fail as only done around 60hrs of revision (and had some family issues) but I managed to scrape a pass somehow! Only watched the one tuition lectures and that's it! didn't even had time to attempt mock exams..
Just scraped the pass! I was hoping for a fail as I probably did around max 60 hrs of revision (if that) and had a lot of personal problems at home too! Really happy with the outcome!
Do you think open tution is sufficient? I was thinking about using learn signal
75% pass using lectures and notes from open tuition and BPP revision kit.
Started late May early June. Finished syllabus by July and had most of August for revision and practice.

Practice!!! Try to solve each and every question from the revision kit. & if you've enough time in your hand, then read the Kaplan study text as well.

I got 49%. so annoying .what should be my next step because i was thinking of pm in December.
I passed this exam without much time to prepare, with Open Tuition Lectures and notes plus exam kit from Kaplan. I don't think I could make it without Open Tuition, many thanks to Open Tuition and I would like to make the donation. Thank Open Tuition so much!
