I dont understand why minus 18 mths instead of 24 mths?
31/3/2002 - 31/3/2016 = 168 mths
1/4/2010 - 31/3/2016 = 72 mths
1/4/2007 - 1/4/2009 =24 mths
why not 168-(72-24)??
