i have been registered since 2009 but still i have passed only F1, F2, F3, F4, F6, F9 and going to attempt F5 in March sitting. Due to some of my personal problems i can not dedicate proper time for study that’s why getting late and on the other hand on my ACCA account it is shown that DEC 2019 is the last attempt to complete. Now really upset and confused that if did not complete all the 14 papers before DEC 2019 what will be the consequence either i will be removed permanently from ACCA register or they may bless me an extension.
i have also contacted ACCA and they send me an email but really make me more confused …what they meant i didn’t understand.
below is the ACCA email sent to me… please read it and let me know what they actually meant it… Thanks in advanceDear Mr Saqib Hussain
Thank you for your email.
I can advise that ACCA’s 10 year rule will not be implemented in its current format, which is that if a student does not complete all ACCA examinations within a ten year time frame they will be removed from the register.
However, it is important that there is a rule in place – the faster a student progresses through the examinations, the more likely they are to succeed as learning from previous exams is fresh. Furthermore, employers tell us that they really value currency of knowledge, so a change to the rule will shortly be announced.
We can reassure you that we will no longer deny students the opportunity to complete the examinations if they fail to complete within a timeframe.
I can confirm that you have successfully entered for papers F5 and F6 (UK) at the I865 Riyadh exam centre in the December 2014 exam session and your examination docket is now available for download via your myACCA account.
To download a copy of your docket you should log in to myACCA, select ‘Exam Entry’ on the left hand side navigation bar. On the next page, in the middle of the screen, you will see that your exam docket is available to download.
The docket includes a timetable of the exams you are entered for, your desk number, address of the exam centre and the exam regulations. Please take some time to read through these to familiarise yourself with exam procedures.
It is important to remember that, along with your docket, you must take an acceptable form of photographic identification to the exam centre. Valid forms of photographic identification include a passport, national identity card or photo card driver’s licence.
If we can be of any further help, please feel free to contact us on the details below.
Kind regards

https://www.accaglobal.com/contactusMarch 2, 2016 at 8:16 pm #303115You may want to read previous posts that have only just covered this subject before posting your question, but to repeat this again….there is no longer a 10 year rule as this was seen to be unfair.
There is now a 7 year rule that starts once you pass your first P level paper. You will no longer be removed from ACCA if you do not complete within the 7 years but you will have to resist those exams.
