I passed – I was not expecting it. Still truly believe ACCA needs to be more realistic with timing for this exam. You are forced to rush throughout.
October 19, 2020 at 11:26 am #590413Passed with 62%, I thought exam was OK so was hoping for a pass, just SBL to do now!
October 19, 2020 at 11:30 am #590415passed on first attempt 50% and I feel very lucky. ran out of time on the last question..

October 19, 2020 at 4:11 pm #590538Got a pass – 54%, never expected a pass in SBR as the exam was difficult but failed AAA i was so confidence of passing. Wonder how its bn marked.
October 19, 2020 at 4:26 pm #590542Failed 43%! I didn’t attempt part A cash flow as I didn’t prepare for that, it’s my fault. I will attempt again! Well done to those who passed.
October 19, 2020 at 5:34 pm #590556Passed with a score 57% on my second attempt. I’m so happy and can’t wait to get qualified. Acca should be more realistic with their timing. 3 hours for those questions was surely not enough
October 19, 2020 at 6:27 pm #590580Pass 56%, I have done very little calculations, the rest was written explanation! skipped pension question and something else. Spent 3 weeks on preparation
October 19, 2020 at 7:20 pm #590604Passed with 61. In exam I was out of time when started doing Question 1, so have lost around 20-25 marks there automatically. So real score is 61/75.
ACCA is unrealistic with the time allocation. If I started with Q1 instead of Q4 I bet I wouldn’t pass.October 19, 2020 at 9:48 pm #590627Thank you Open Tuition and the master who is Chris Barlow. His lectures and notes were amazing. I passed SBR in first attempt @ 57.
October 19, 2020 at 9:52 pm #590629Really true. Those 3 hours are incredibly absorbing.

I thought I had done my best in the Exam room on my first attempt on CBE after just 1 months of preparation for CBE as I was book for the paper exam.
Its very painful to look at my ACCA profile now. I wish there was a way to delete these painful results I could have handled it wee if these marks were below 45%.October 20, 2020 at 12:02 pm #590749cokebear wrote:Got 48% for SBR but passed AAA. Oh gosh
