PMACCA PM September 2019 Exam Results – Instant Poll and Comments
i passed with 55% though the exam was a little tougher. I thank God so much
that Im done with PM!!1!
i miraculously got 51% on third attempt..i nearly gave up...OPen tuition you rock! Those mock exams helped me alot...
Am ready to take on the professional level...any pointers on which subjects to start with? i was thinking P2
@CYNTHIA I used BPP text and kits. Read the text then watched OT lectures for further explanation. Then practiced by doing exercises in the kit. 2 weeks before exams I started doing past papers, mock exams in BPP kit, revised where I made mistakes. Then did them again. Technical articles did help, too, but I just read them for reference only, 2 days before the exams. Time management is very important in the exam. Read the questions and skip those confused you, start with the easy marks first. Set the target to draftly complete the questions within 150-160 mins and use 20 mins left for the other hard and confusing questions. My priority is Section C so I made sure I did them well with enough attention and time first, then came multiple choice ones, which sometimes also need a bit of luck. Also, answers in section C should be specific to the case given, my way is to state the situation in the case, then discuss. Dont give too general answers.
I couldn't clear the September attempt and this was my 4th one. All the 4 attempts I have been consistently getting 49%. Watched all the lectures, Practiced the past papers and revision kit (both BPP and Kaplan), Attempted the mock exams, Read the technical articles and examiner reports as well. I have utilized all the resources available yet I'm unable to pass this subject. Don't understand what else I can do. I'm so demotivated. Can someone please guide me?
is there any rechecking system for acca exam? and how much it cost?
Thank you Sir John... I cleared my PM paper on my first attempt. Thank you very much!! ?
Thanks so much @kaiyoong for sparing your time and explaining in detail.
@cubeddd said: I was pretty confident before the exam that I would get above 80, but after I did the exam, I was praying for 50. Fortunately, I got 74 in my first attempt. I am so grateful. I would advise you do at least 4 mocks in a timed environment, and repeat them till you can get close to 100% of Section A and B. Also practice most, if not all, of the Section C questions in the revision kitthank you for advice
