General ACCAACCA PER

Hello all, I have added new supervisor for the time period I worked for the firm however that time has already been signed off and the person who has signed off is not qualified so I want to add new supervisor which is qualified and can sign off my objectives. The question I already filled out all his details and after two days he hasn't received any email form ACCA. How long it will take to receive an email from ACCA ? can anybody please help? Thanks
