Dear Sir,
Could you give tips for P4, as to what topics you expect to come in June 2015 P4? I just don’t want to do irrelevant questions so if you could give me tips then I can better focus my revision.
Sorry, but we will not be giving any tips until much nearer to the exam.
It is much too dangerous to focus just on specific areas – the examiner always manages to examine most of the syllabus in one form or another, especially in question 1. Last time, for example, question 1 tested the valuation of shares, NPV calculations, CAPM, portfolio theory (written), efficient market hypothesis (written), and other areas as well. And just because they were asked last time doesn’t make them any less likely this time – there is almost certain to be most of last times areas in question 1 asked again because they are all so fundamental to financial management.
