@Elia ! Firstly i wasn't glorifying myself , i appreciate what you said , but you should pay a little heed while choosing words before you say anything , And reading a book makes anyone realise the importance of 1 or 2 marks ( if anyone has ever got 49 or 48 marks ) Secondly , Hey Dear @Ibadun , i gave you my sincere suggestion or recommendation , many students will disagree with it but it helped me alot , thats why i told you ! And yes , i m sorry for that mistake (9 marks or 4 marks )

59% at last. Now ACCA Affiliate. God has been good to me this time. If you have not made please don't give up, mine has been a long and difficult battle with a single paper to clear the exams. It could be your turn next.

This exam was very poorly worded. The grammar and use of English in the exam paper was woeful. I achieved 21%, presumably because I was obliged to waste time deciphering the examiner's text. Having said that, congratulations to everyone who passed especially those of you for whom English is not your native language. I'm rather hoping that when I retake in June the P4 paper will be a lot clearer and in language that normal people can understand.

I was one of them who was very disappointed with the fairness of the Q1 on which I spent 30 minutes over allowed time. My family had to listen to my moaning all night long after exam. I was pretty sure I failed again for the third time - but no....I got 57%. I am so happy now, I also passed P3 with 50% - also from third attempt. Now just 1 more exam left :)))))))))))) And big thanks to John for a help with studies and for the patience :)))))))

Former userFormer user11y ago#47

Former userFormer user11y ago#48
4th attemptt at this horrible exam. Passed with 64. Just took me 2years to pass it. No one choose this exam as an optional if you are not in Holdings & Treasury department hedging and trading actively. Thanks Open Tuition for all your support. No more exams for me. Allah is great!
Former userFormer user11y ago#49
My advice not to take P4. Try P5 instead. It took me 4 attempts top pass p4. Would not wish it to an enemy. Good luck with the resits. Maybe review your study plan and techniques. All P papers are hard. Do not give up. Not long left.
Ppanditbandit11y ago#50
I passed first time with 69. Very pleased!

@skcheah said: Hi guys, I have failed at 49. Need you guys advice, it's advisable to re-mark? this is my last paper. Thanks
hi Skcheah usually before finalising border line papers markers usually check and search for additional mark. If they can not find it review will unlikely be in your favour. You might just spend money and a lot of your mental health. I know many students who appealed but not one won so far. Up to you, off course. Good luck with any decision.

@ibadun said: Allhumdullilah. Again 3rd time failed. Guys any advice.Should I switch to P7?
Salam, my friend I would not switch just yet. Get your basic concepts right for June and try again. I only passed at 4th attempt. So know how very hard it is. Do not give up yet. You know it, the technique now is how to score most marks for right basics. All the best

@nupurkum said: First paper in acca that iv failed with 47%. Passed p5 with 63. Any comments on whether i should apply for a review? Thanks
hi there very unlikely review will find missed 3 marks. They hardly ever find 1 mark. Do not waste money. Better pay for the June session and clear basic concepts. Your aim is to score most marks from the least complicated answers. Good luck.
Qquestforknowledge11y ago#58
failed with 48. even though it hurts sometimes its nice to taste failure.
Former userFormer user11y ago#59
Got 55%. Praise be to the Lord. Now an affiliate
AAndy11y ago#60
Awful paper and I nearly walked out after an hour as there was no way I was going to pass it! Stuck at it, scraped 54% and now an affiliate! Looking forward to spending some time with my wife again rather than studying.
