General ACCAACCA Examination(s), Remote Invigilation – March 2025 Session

Hi Kim, Even I got a similar email. "ACCA Examination(s), Remote Invigilation – March 2025 Session I am writing to you in respect of the examination(s) which you attempted under conditions of remote invigilation during the March 2025 exam session. ACCA has identified potential irregularities in the results of some of those examinations which may constitute a breach of ACCA exam regulations. In view of the above, your results have been withheld pending further review. ACCA may contact you to make further enquiries" I had already mailed to studentsaccaglobal id, asking for the reason and by when can my results be released. And, i had faced a technical issue during my exam, I had lost my Wi-Fi connection for 2-3 minutes. I had also mentioned all of this in detailed in the mail. But, i got a reply saying "only exam team can confirm and the timeframe cannot be given to when the decision will be informed to me" Any idea, till when can i expect a reply in such cases. The exam I gave in March quarter is my last paper. I have also mailed the all about the technical issue thing on their exam.contingency email id. Is there any thing else I can do from my side ?

I have tried in the past and failed to get any answers. All I can advise is that you repond to all ACCA's requests honestly, politely, and on a timely basis.

I also have the same withheld situation . No official response from ACCA. Can we need to discuss and send the feedback about the process, at least any regulation relating to deadline for processing result.

Under the Ts & Cs that you have accepted, ACCA has the right to withhold exam results pending investigations https://www.accaglobal.com/content/dam/ACCA_Global/Students/Remote-exams/Student%20Terms%20%20Conditions%20v.1.0.pdf There is no deadline for resolving as that "depends" on each investigation - it can be a few months - or more than a year. I recommend that you "sit tight" and comply promptly and courteously with all requests for information.

Thank you for sharing the information and your advice, Kim Smith. I fully understand and respect ACCA's right to conduct investigations to ensure transparency and fairness in the examination process. I have maintained a calm and positive attitude, ready to cooperate and provide any information ACCA requires. However, I believe that, given the scale and reputation of a large organization like ACCA, an investigation extending beyond a year could significantly impact candidates' study plans and careers. I hope ACCA will consider expediting the investigation process and providing updates to affected candidates. This would not only alleviate concerns but also demonstrate a commitment to candidate welfare.
