I apologize as I did not realise that that was illegal/unethical. Just to clarify though, if as a student you have purchased a PDF or e-copy kit, it is illegal to resell it to another student?

Without the copyright holder's permission this will be illegal. It has been legally determined that selling ebooks is different from selling physical copies (of original ,not photocopies)second hand which can't be restricted by copyright holder. No need to apologise. I just wanted you and anyone else reading, the situation and possible consequences.
