Can you please help me with this question 19.2 Task 2
From the answer I am not sure where they get 5,000,000 from
I assume that you are referring to the BPP Revision Kit.
However in the current edition of the kit there is no 5,000,000 mentioned in either the question or the answer for task 2 of 19.2.
Question 19.2 is called Malright.

It is mentioned in the question – it is on the SOFP as ‘suspense account’ 🙂
