In ques it is mentioned that shares were disposed in an unquoted trading company.
And the ques asked to mention the available relief.Answer= BADR.

Isn’t BADR available for unincorporated business?
And Investors relief available for unquoted trading company.?Both reliefs are available to individuals only when investing in qualifying business assets – which are detailed in the study notes,
BADR – on disposal of an unincorporated business or shares in qualifying company
Investors relief only on qualifying sharesAlways refer firstly to your study notes
