Are these lectures Relevant for the current 2026 exams?
  2. mrjonbainModerator
    Yes, they are still relevant.
  3. MikeLittleTutor
    They certainly are

    Section B, sub-section 4.

    OK?

There might be an error in the lecture. I read elsewhere that the outcome of the Glasgow v Taylor case was that the defendant (Glasgow Corp) was held liable for growing the poisonous berries. Would you kindly check that once?
  5. MikeLittleTutor
As already pointed out on this thread, you're absolutely correct - but, for one (small) error, it really doesn't justify a complete re-record

But thanks for pointing it out :-)

Sir i wanted to ask about the lectures do u follow kaplan/bbp syllabus because there are some stuff in your lectures not in the book so i got confused.
  11. Haris
dont worry about bpp or kaplan. just download the lecture notes and go with the lectures. aslo get a latest kit and practice questions.
i have done all F level except for f5 and f6 from opentuition and all P level except for p6. i just followed the lectures plus notes and recent kits and trust me there were no books!
there is enough knowledge if u follow through correctly

One question friend. Why you haven't watch F5 and F6 from opentuition?

As a self reader upto now, I will go according to your suggestion. And let's see the result in coming years...

and it is hard to understand the accent. I tried to use youtube subtitle, it was no use, but youtube subtitles are quite ok when I read us the news.

suggest to shorten your story forexample, the lady climbing toilet, it could be simply described like "a lady was locked in toilet, she climbed instead of waiting for help, then fall down. the result is the fault is on her"

dude not to be rude or something but dont lecture him on how to teach !

    Great lecture and very helpful.

Just a quick one on the berry in the park example, reading through the BPP text book and I believe they said they were Negligent in allowing the bushes to be in a park even with a sign stating the berries aren't edible, as children can't be expected to read the sign.

This may be a different case though!
