I do say, somewhere in these lectures, that the case details are not necessarily facts. In some cases, they are barely identifiable as being anywhere close to the facts. The stories that I tell are for illustration only. NO MARKS are awarded in the exam for knowledge of the true facts. What are important are the principles of the cases. As Donald Trump would claim, my stories are illustrative of ‘alternative facts’

Well, yes, that’s correct. But don’t instead move to Lancashire because he’s Duke there now
Probably 3 better options. # 1 Don’t die. #2 Leave a will. #3 Die somewhere else like Papua New Guinea

it is awesome lecture. my question is about, what are the examples of expression unius estexcluso lterius?
‘Cats, dogs and other animals’ – the general expression of ‘other animals’ can include only those animals that are generally recognised as domesticated – like cats and dogs. So you couldn’t include, say, elephants as an ‘other animal’
