    Now THIS is confusing!

You write "If it is not an advantage then it is advantage, right?"

So, technically, I suppose the answer to your question could be either "yes" or "no"!

Both privacy and informality are cited as both advantages and disadvantages

If you want your dispute to be resolved behind closed doors with no publicity, then privacy is an advantage

However, it may be that you would prefer some publicity about the justifiable reasons behind your claim. In that case, privacy is a disadvantage

Similarly, formality / informality can be seen as either an advantage or as a disadvantage

Furthermore, a lack of binding precedence is in the same boat - is it good news or is it bad news

    It depends

    OK?

In the lecture you have privacy is a disadvantage and informality is an advantage. But yet i got it wrong when i select informality is not generally claimed as a disadvantage. If it is not an advantage then it is advantage, right?
