the third question is asking to pick the "incorrect statement.."
please recheck i think its answer is A
and the option C is the correct statement and the same with B and D
so our answer is A which is an incorrect statement

Thank you for bringing this question to my attention yet again!
However, on this occasion, I've looked more carefully at the question and have now also reached the opinion that option A is the correct answer

Hello,
I don't think the answer is A because in the note book it is clearly stated as "prices are affected by supply and demand but are also affected by government actions such as Taxation and subsidies." Page 11 of LW Global
Therefore, I believe that choice A is a correct statement.

Oh Mariam! How I wish that I had not written this question! Looking at it again (after many years and numerous exams!) I'm inclined to follow your reasoning and select answer A
And, again, I apologise to generations of prior students who have been confused by this question
The only redeeming feature is that, in a law exam, this area would not likely account for more than 1 mark!
