   Please i need understanding why the second option is wrong as to the last option which is considered correct.

   my judgement was based on the word others of which i reasoned it out to be that he or she was not alone in the partnership.

     Justina and Jasmine are both in Partnership, therefore they are both Jointly and Severally liable.
     Based on the information given there is no limit to the extent of their liability
